Fabrication

Myriad fabricate Structural Insulated Panels in their workshop for use in walls, roofs, & intermediate floors of a complete building.

SIPs are constructed with a high-performance fibre-free rigid urethane insulation core, sandwiched between 2 layers of Oriented Strand Board.

The complete system is delivered to site ready for erection by our fully qualified construction team.

The advantages of SIPS:

  • Quick to build ~ Panels are prefabricated off-site, reducing build time.

  • Reduced on-site labour costs.

  • Reduced downtime as panels are constructed in a workshop, so fabrication is not subject to the elements & poor weather conditions.

  • Lower energy bills due to improved energy efficiency, low air leakage, & excellent thermal conductivity.

  • A warmer home

  • Minimal waste produced on site.
