A high-end, new build, detached residence in East Sussex, completed in 2025. The scheme includes an indoor swimming pool, a separate pool house, basement accommodation, and extensive external works and landscaping.

The project comprised the design and construction of a Structural Insulated Panel (SIPs) timber frame system for the above-ground external walls of the main dwelling, as well as for the pool house structure.
