Myriad were invited by Architect @sandyrendelarch to install all the timber work on his self-build project including the insulated walls & roof.

This was an interesting project as the plot was a narrow 2.8m wide space in a disused alley between his & a neighbour’s home in an existing terrace.

A highly crafted 2-storey 1-bed house, features a variety of spruce plywood, Douglas fir joists, Terrazzo & cork flooring.

Timber framed walls are externally clad in handmade pewter glazed brick slips.

Myriad laid the external concrete for the courtyard, which included the creation of voids to be used as planting areas.

The completed project is a fantastic example of what you can do with limited space, vision, a well-crafted design.
