This project, situated on the beautiful East Sussex coast, required an existing 2-storey property to be demolished prior to the construction of a contemporary 3-storey, 5-bedroom, new build residential property with a garage, separate boat house, and access to the beach.

This property was designed to be eco-friendly & economical to run, with solar panels on the roof, a solar battery to store energy, and an air source heat pump.

The build needed to be designed & materials needed to be sourced that could withstand the harsh coastal environment, as the property is located directly on the beach.
